As a retired U.S. Army Senior Truckmaster (88Z) and Senior Noncommissioned Officer, he led complex global freight missions — from combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan to humanitarian aid in Haiti mastering the art of moving critical cargo under pressure. Following his military career, Douglas served as a Senior Program Analyst for a technology-driven firm supporting federal operations, where he refined his expertise in process improvement and strategic execution.
